NWL 2019 = Registration (A New Wave League 2019) => aloha dear representatives of clubs, here you can register your chess teams! Registration is open until Feb 10, 2019, 12:00 AM => The league will officially begin on Feb 25, 2019, 12:00 AM:

THE CRITERIA according to which the committee evaluates a club, so then classifies it according to groups/divisions/waves are:

1. According to the number of active players that some club currently has (Players per Club)

2. Percentage of wins in team matches

3. Average Rating (Players) of the Club

4. Current Club Rank

p.s. Once the registration is closed then the independent body of our NWL (our independent Supervisory Board of NWL 2019) will be checked this divisions one more time in order to avoid conflict of interest!

therefore there is no cheating in any way, one independent body should supervise the other body, so there is no conflict of interest@all
