But they never explicitly stated in the club description that speaking in English is frowned upon and English speakers can and will be persecuted.

ok so they slightly dislike me. they cant just kick me out because then i will make a forum anyways and chess.com staff could be involved for me being kicked out without cause. and false reports could get you in some pretty serious trouble.
