A weird glitch

I was playing a 3/0 blitz game and my opponent had 1:50 minutes. They told me to make my move but his timer was on.They lost the game by timeout.Has this ever happened to you 

I have had the same thing happen twice yesterday. The opponent appears to be stalling or not taking their turn and when I questioned them, they both said "it's your turn" when in fact it was theirs. They both lost by time as well.

I should mention they were both in 3 minute matches so this is not confined to blitz.

I got that beat. I had a weird glitch happen to me a couple of years ago. I remember because it was a Thurs,...it was raining. One of my threads mysteriously disappeared. Two days later I received a ransom note from Chess.com saying if I wanted the thread back, I had to pay $200. I didn't mind paying, but they ran me up & down Manhattan for 4 hrs. It costs me $300. in cab fare.
