A4 or H4 as their first move, risky or not?

Its risky if your opponent is good, NOT risky if you are better . Maybe. I dunno.

Against less experienced players or those unfamiliar with unconventional openings, a4 or h4 might throw them off balance and lead to mistakes. The surprise factor can sometimes be an advantage.
