Anyone else begs for draw as last deperate effort?

I offen beg for draw because I will never get Back the Elo i loose, and will eventualy drop to 100 cause im unlucky in this game and Im winning and then loosing somehow due to bad rng, no idea this is making me go insane, I hate Elo losses, and I cant gain elo anymore, its conspiracy

The only time I do ask for some of an illegitimate draw, is when I've made an obvious mouse slip in a superior position. But I also offer draw to mouse slippers especially when they stood better before the mouse slip. No one should care much for winning lost games out of a thing like a mouse slip imo.

(I do play mostly Rapid)

I'm not very good at end games, so I will sometimes offer a draw if I'm in a superior position but can't see a way forward. If I'm in an inferior position and see that nothing I can do will restore things, I will just resign.

I hate people who spam this, I get offering it every 5 or so moves but EVERY MOVE?

I have offered draws in positions were I'm close to out of time and cheated myself out of a win. I also have had a situation were I promoted a pawn to queen, for a draw, because I was looking at my time 17 seconds and not the board and all I had to do is grab a rook..I got mocked for the draw...

"win it and move on" must be paired with "resign and move on" or instead playing chess I should be sailing as a pirate on the 7 seas.
