I played seven games in qualifier #6 (which is still ongoing), including two games against @IMRosen. Lost 6 of them (including of course those two against Rosen). 3|2 is too fast for me, would have preferred the default 5|4.

I think 5+ something in the qualifiers and 3+2 in the finals is a good suggestion. My experience in the spell chess championship qualifiers (which were also 3+2) was similar, so I would extend the same suggestion to spell chess. Maybe chess.com could adopt this for next year? It would make the qualifiers a bit more inclusive for casual/inexperienced players who may need to think a little bit longer.

I didn't participate because I know I will lose 0/20
