Makes me wonder what some do believe "acting" means... Perhaps they think that when you speak your mind, you're kinda "acting" of some sort. Beats me.

If you send an email to chess.com support...
a human will read it and respond to you via email eventually.....although probably not quickly. That has been my experience.
The least they could do is not delete the text when issuing a banner warning. And you don't even know what word triggered it. Once I thought I knew what word it was but the reality was even dummber.
I have been muted 4-5 times 2 of those times were fair but the other 3 it was trolls spam reporting me or the auto mod muting me for speaking in another language. Glad i am friends with a bunch of moderators so i can never get muted or banned again
Chess.com hacked my account https://www.chess.com/member/zinc_man which is cheating. Chess.com likes people cheating so never be afraid to cheat from time to time. Also I came up with that username which would be cool to fit on any website and chess.com stole my artwork. Zinc_Man's going to be everywhere. Because his spirit which is really mine will become as one with the force. Also he's kept the same power, when I created Zinc_Man my chess was going downhill slightly but I was still good. Before that I was even better, now I'm sickly and addicted to opiates you don't realize that you've overlooked moves you saw ages ago, when you spend 15-20 minutes on single moves in correspondence chess, sometimes more. Live chess doesn't count that's basically play, you don't know how drunk, high, or intoxicated the other person is.

The support email isn't used anymore unless something recently changed
@Kaeldorn those are good points. I never thought of it like that. It can be horrible. I got banned unfairly from a forum not too long ago. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. The admin didn't give a crap and even admitted I broke no rules of the forum but some people there just didn't like me and therefore I had to be banned. Can you believe that!?
Do you mean you got blocked by the topic creator? The site allows members to block others to prevent them from posting on their topics. That's not the same as being banned and isn't something staff would get involved with

The site doesn't hack accounts and closes accounts found to be using disallow resources so suggesting do it isn't a good idea.

Kaldorn also doesn't like people who disagree with him tho he acts like a bit of a dictator himself whenever he feels like people aren't "honest" maybe he's right maybe he isn't but don't take his time seriously
I do act like a dictator, like but without the power to do anything to anyone?
Wow, that's deeeeep.
At least your honest
I have had experience with Chess.com's unfair moderation system. Just three weeks ago, my account and an older account I was working to get back with Chess.com were both banned for abuse. I never received an email stating why, and the "likely" cause was verbal abuse, presumably from a club called Red Pawn - Chess Team, even though I did nothing but say that I will help liberate clubs that do things against the Community Guidelines. In the end, they have not told me the reason for my ban, I have lost three clubs I made, my most important club that I have been working on for months isn't "mine" anymore and the new owner won't transfer ownership, and I have lost many friends and historical forums.
Plus there's people like vishruth that purposely attack clubs to make that more likely which doesn't help

I made that account myself, then one day I couldn't get back into it after about half a year without using it. However, somebody is using that account and it isn't me so explain that ?

Selling accounts is not allowed, but if you would like the username of an account that has been inactive for 3+ years, you may request that username by following these steps. This is how I got my username. 😉

It's possible you had an insecure password and someone did get access to it. If that was the case you should have contacted support about it and they could have seen if there was suspicious activity.
It's also possible the name was freed up for another member but in that case, it would have been a different account and the original would have a new name but the same email address/password combo.
