Getting crushed all weekend, then raging all Sunday evening. Too weird!

I lost 200 rating points from 1100 Friday night to 900 by Sunday morning in 5 min blitz. I was usually being crushed too. Then I go on to win 13 of 14 games with one draw on Sunday evening. What is going on? Too weird! And this is not the first time something similar to this has happened.
You tell us. What changed? Did you get a good night's sleep Saturday night?
I didn't change anything. That is why it feels so weird. It is like there was a storm of much higher rated players playing at lower rating games.
