In your settings you can disable the "automatic win by time", then you need to manually claim the win if you want.
Giving opponent more time
I was just about to write a comment and then I see: the forum was published 10 years ago!!!!!!!!! @Belmontmn3, how did you find this forum??????
where do you find that?
You can't add time to a Daily game. You can turn off the auto-claim on time option, where casual games won't time out until 60 days after no move has been made, though I'm not sure if the includes or excludes vacation time.
Wow, this is back from the grave, ten years ago today I had no children, now I have 9.
Why did you waste so much time?
9 years ago I hated chess, I didn't imagine that I would play it, I didn't imagine that I would love it and I didn't know about the existence of the wonderful site chess.com.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm in a rather relaxed game with a friend of mine who recently went to Copenhagen on vacation. She's been unable to access the site there. Is there a way for me to give her more time? She'd put vacation mode on herself, but as I said she can't get on the site.
