I cannot chat all of the sudden.

I cannot chat all of the sudden. I received no explanation as to why and my settings are perfectly fine as I verified them. Forgive me for being a bit sharp but your bot is nonsense and was no help. I need to talk to a human. Does anyone know what might be going on? Literally received no email explanation and my settings are all good. 

I also have not used the chat to engage in any behavior against the rules (in fact usually I just post ggs or the occasional compliment) so I don't know what could be the issue.

The problem is this happens in literally any chat I go to.
