Is Crystal League anything special?

I found Crystal to be the first "hard" League to get into. The first three steps did not take much effort, but going from Silver to Crystal you are facing people who play regularly, and only 5 advance out of 50. Each one gets harder after that, I was stuck in Crystal for a long time and it took a huge effort to go from Elite to Champion. I still haven't gotten to Legend because only one person can advance out of 50 and I just don't play enough to be that one.

i been play chess for a hour and got crystal 2 most someone has done is a stalemate im not good but why do people gotta resign every 3 seconds

any advancement is an achievement you should be proud of, unfortunately though even in legend i won my group, got nothing for it, but at least in legend you can talk to others in the legends , only a very small percentage get it so if you get it, youve done something good

I'm aboutta pull into the legends division at 600 ELO.

Also, do you get paired up with people in the same league as you? I've noticed my rating severely drop and my opponents got better as I went into the elite league.

I've been sitting at top 10 of crystal im 12 and in 7th these people have way to mush time on their hands.
