Is this standard policy on Chess.com forum?

I opened my first topic on chess.com, so obviously i don't have any experience with local chess.com discussion standards. I'm not sure, if this is normal here, what happened after.

I asked about very specific situation, which happens all the time during Arena games, which is 100% obious cheating by low rating players, where 600 elo players have 20-30 games winning streak with accuracity over 95% in each game, and chess.com not reacking on time. Moderator answered not reffering to the point about thes kind of obvious situations, confusing the issue with generalities about cheating, and... locked the topic right after.

I could even understand the answer, that accuracy is not the best prove of cheating, and admit, that for low rating players these kind of statistics are possible, and are not proof of cheating. But here i rather wonder, if this kind of closing the case, and locking discussion is normal in the place, which is, i assume, a place for community discussions.

Maybe somebody will have a chance, to confirm, if this is normal here, before Moderator answers, and locks the topic
