Hi, can anyone help me? I have been disconnected just when I was about to win. I still had 30 s to play, plenty enough to win. I had never experimented that before. My PC went to sleep all of a sudden. I would like to inform chess.com support but all I find is a bot wich can even not let me enter my question. Can you tell me how to enter in touch with a human?

If you can't load the support tool fully, then your browser is likely blocking features. That's the method to contact Support staff.

Well, I can write some words or even a sentence but the bot replies by suggesting few topics. After checking one or two, what should I do? 6 months ago, we could contact a human. Not anymore?

Chess.com has a dark side to it these days. But going back 4-5 year's Chess.com was a very good site to interact in the forums. But now you can't talk about countries, symbols, or even medicine, because a chess player got banned for using Adderall. That was a long time ago, but some time ago I mentioned a medication that people can take and not get banned and I was muted for like one week and couldn't play 20 min games. Why or how the 20 minute feature was decided upon I've got no idea but I'd sure like to know why, so I can laugh at the retardation of the answer. Not only that but going back 9-10 year's I'm sure you could block moderators if they was attacking you for no reason, but now that's not possible. I know this is a rather knew account I'm on right now, but let's say I'm an ancient member of chess.com. Not only that but chess.com or some other people, or somebody on their own have turned (1) of my old accounts Zinc_Man into a bot how foolish is that ? You can go to the account here, I can't believe they haven't changed the avatar either. They could at least do that, but cares. Because what happens here in this joint is I get attacked for not being violent in fact I'm making the most sense and I get muted. Then I end up deleting the account and making a new one. But before chess.com got too strict about what and what can't be said/done here I did have an account for a rather long time. It's either self destructed or the site owners have taken it down because it doesn't appear, saying I deleted it. However here's a link too one of my accounts changed into a bot/cyborg.
