(Most Popular) Countries by Number of Chess.com Accounts

I wanted to know which countries had the most chess players, and which countries were the rarest (to pick a rare flag for my own account). None of the forum answers I got satisfied me, as they were either instructions on what to look for or wild speculation. as a result, I formed my own list.

Methodology: On July 17, 2024, I went to Social>Members on my Chess.com account and changed the settings to Rapid format. I went to the last page of members and recorded the final number on that list. Be advised that chess.com only counts up to half a million, which India and the United States surpass. Also be advised that this includes inactive and abandoned accounts. There's not too much I can do to remedy this save for going into places chess.com doesn't want me to go!

This statistics does not look very accurate. I play about 5 games a day. The most likely opponents are from the US, India and Indonesia. For example, I don't remember playing against Philippines, maybe because of ~12hrs time difference.
