I have been timed out twice when others are abandoning games. Their clock runs down and they make a move at which point I am timed out instantly. Sort it out!

You opponents can't impact your connection or cause you to abandon.
What you're describing is a disconnect from the live server process.

I’ve had same thing happen to me like 10 time with chess.com blaming my internet with is 3 gbs upload and 3 gbs download it’s not my internet I can game the top rated games with not lag
It chess.com to lazy to fix their severs and if you play an asian player and pre move every move you’ll lose almost 2 seconds with a pre move well the lose .1 of a second
I’m like one game away from say screw chess.com and I’ll go play on lichess
