No points received for League trophies - is this a bug or I did something wrong?

As title says, in my last 5 won games, I didn't receive any points for the League/Division advancement quota. On the victory screen there's a small link with "Learn more" which gives me a page with 8 requirements, and I didn't break any of them. I played as I normally did, I hit the Play button, no custom time, only 10 minutes. I even tried a 5 minute game, with the same result, no points.  I logged out, logged back in, no luck, I'm stuck at 900 points. Does anybody know what's wrong?

I just won a game, why didn't I get any League trophies?
 Not all games will get you points in your League division! 

Here are the requirements for a game to earn you League trophies: 

Your game MUST be standard chess, or chess960. No other variants will count!
Your game MUST be at least 1 minute time control! No 30 second hyper bullet games! 
Your game MUST use one of the standard time controls, no custom time controls! 
Your game MUST be an auto-match or a rematch, no direct challenges! 
Only 3 games per opponent per day will count, your 4th game against the same opponent in a 24 hour period will not get you league points! 
Your game MUST be rated. Unrated games do not count!
Your game MUST be a live game, Daily games do not count! 
Your games MUST be played on /play, games on /live do not count!

There is a back-end process that reports to the endgame dialogs the trophy status and if that takes too long, the dialog will show the game does count but the trophies are applied to your totals.

Thanks for the reply, Martin - that's good news, I guess I'll just have to wait and see when the score update takes place. I really want to finish first in this Division.

You should be able to check your status and see it increasing.

Currently happening to me. Won games but did not gain any trophy. Will just have to wait.

same here, last 5 winnings , no points added to totals

Verified the counts aren't increasing. Staff are aware and looking into it.

This has been fixed but may take some time to fully catch up.

Will we get the points or are they lost forever?

Pretty sure the system will be adding them in, bit it may take some time. One member I'm watching has had around 30 trophies added with no new games having been played.

This also happened to me today was wondering about it, hence the comment on this forum

I'm the OP - points from previous won games started to come in, still 100 short, but likely to catch up in the next few hours, I guess

Same thing, it seems I can't play in /play, it always switches back to /live.

You shouldn't see the old interface unless you choose Play > Live Chess

Still, I see it, it switches back by itself.  There's some kind of bug.

Hmm, never have seen that happen and can't think of a mechanism that would make it happen. Play itself won't have any code that could cause it, since it was built from the ground up to replace the old interface 

I do just like usual and end up in /live with games not counting for trophies.

The URL of games in Play still have /live/ within them.

It's the interface that matters.
