I've hit the same "win didn't count?" issue just now - the last 3 games I won (in the last hour) when the game ended the screen didn't show the updated total, and when I clicked on the 'Chess.com' logo to go to the front page it reported a 502 error. It sucks in the league play to win and not get credit (especially as I'm in 2nd place right now). :-) It didn't show anything about the game not qualifying for the trophies.
After each game it says : This game does not qualify for the trophies.
If there's an issue receiving confirmation from the back end that the game counted, then the message defaults to that. Earlier the problem was the back end wasn't processing the data correctly, queuing it up. Staff have fixed that and it's working through the queue but it's possible the load is preventing the endgame dialog from getting the messages still.

Looking at your total trophy count, it looks like it's correct since the reset on the 5th.

I dunno what you see, i see always the same count since 2 days for me. After i checked the 2nd and 3rd player in our league, it seems they are also stuck at the same points. They played as well and got no points out of their won games. Strange things are going on....
I just looked at the number of games since the 5th (US time) but didn't track down to the time of reset as it's not easy to find out when new games started counting on that day (when the division filled after the reset so new games would award trophies). That count looked pretty close to where you were at.
I agree trophy count has been stuck all day for me and others close to me in league
I raised a ticket with support and they just came back to me - known issue and they're looking into it 😀

I am sure, everything is normal. Even after the weekly reset i am in the same league, same division, same points, 1st place without playing a single game...all noremal yeah...."Starts when full: 30/50 " is its own league.

I am glad to see that this is working for some people. However, I am stuck with the 30/50 league situation. I played a Blitz game earlier this morning, and just 3-5 minutes ago after reading that this has been fixed for some people.
I assume it will be corrected for me when some backlog issues are cleared up or some such but I have noted it here to assuage the concerns of others who may have a similar issues and feel alone.
Same here. I just started playing Live Chess again after a long hiatus. After I won, I assumed "maybe points only get refreshed every 24 hours or so", but that first win was two days ago. I've played twice since (won both), meeting the criteria (rated, not a custom time control etc etc), still my score is 0.
