I would suggest not having a cash prize at all because that will attract a lot of cheaters and there is no real way for a normal person to police cheating properly - even chess.com struggles to keep up with cheating and they have the best tools and cheating experts probably in the world! So you should just keep your money and organize a casual league, maybe some other kind of prize.
