server restarted?

I was about to win a game and it said game aborted. I contacted support and they gave me an automated response saying it was a server restart. I thought those only happened in the middle of the night. Did this happen to anyone else at around 8:50 AM pacific?

There was no restart today and I haven't heard of any issues at that time.
So how do I get my rating that I deserved that game? And, one game later, when I was calculating a move, it at random said game abandoned and I lost rating (I know for a fact it wasn’t my internet!) so there’s obviously something wrong with the servers today.
Also I have a screen recording of an analysis of the game (my opponent didn’t have any pieces left!) that I can provide if necessary
