There are other moderators as well and for the most part, moderators are on when they are able to be. There's not any type of schedule as it's a volunteer thing.

Why is it impossible to report threads on the mobile app? Why do you keep telling people to just report when a significant portion are unable to do this? Do you have any kind of influence over this? Like, do you have the ear of any official chess.com staff or are you just out doing damage control?

I understand you don’t have, like, serious influence, but surely there must be someone official you can bring this up to. It just makes you look incompetent and apathetic to the people you tell to just report when they cannot do this. Especially since you know that.

I can't tell what device type a member is using but app members can also open a browser to report, use the report option on the member profile, or use the option to contact Support in the app.

From my yrs here, and knowing older mods & Staff, there is a chain of command..... all the mods report to 1 head moderator. And all the Staff report to 1 head Staff person. Each group also has occasional meetings mostly online like Zoom because some of these people are located all over the globe.
