Violations of site rules

Hello. I have one question only is it so difficult to technically close access to create tournaments player -. Bama6He has no membership on the site. So he has no right to create tournaments. Not saying that he creates them without a limit .It's just not fair to all players who bought membership and all have a limit to create tournaments .
I've been writing for 3 days now. But he continues to break the rules and create tournaments. I have already written to all moderators and site staff. But I do not see any action. Can I and other players to make it possible to create tournaments without a limit. Well, so at least it will be fair for all ?))))

Staff are aware of the issue but it's unlikely to be a quick fix. It's also not technically a rule violation but a code issue, which is essentially a bug.

I didn't know one could not make tournaments while using a free account! lol
