Why people some people play chess so dumb?

You do realize that because of how the elo system works you are the same skill level as everyone you play, so you do the same thing
Not everyone takes chess as seriously as competitive players. Some people play for fun and might experiment with weird or unorthodox moves just to see what happens. While it can be frustrating, it's a different mindset.
Elite Legend Champion etc has nothing to do with chess skill. It's a rank you attain for playing and winning games, regardless of the rating you win against. So you could have an IM in the lowest "Wood" league and a 500 elo in the Legend league - if the 500 plays 24/7 they will accrue enough points to promote every week and get to the Legend week very quickly.
That a 600 with poor grammar wrote this is funny.

Basically they didn't do it on purpose. That's not what they intended. They simply made a blunder. That's all.
