2 knights vs 1 knight 1 bishop

You didn;t post the whole game so we relly dont knwo where u went wrong, but if you could lock all your pawns onto light squares (for example, an eventual c5), then his bishop is relegated to a 'stopper', if even that, giving you at least SOME advantage.

 

Also if you traded a knight for a knight here you would be objectively better as all the play is on one side of the board and your knight covers all the squares while his bishop only half.

So it would be better for me to trade a knight for a knight...and leave him with a bishop against my knight?  I will think about that one..
