1.a5 wins very easily. 1.b5 might be your idea, then sac on b6 and Kd4 zugzwang both ensure that the king penetrates

1.a5 was my thought while playing it too, though I didn't manage to foresee all moves then. I saw 1.b5 afterwards, while toying on the analysis board

Well, with a5 you don't need to calculate much. The king can enter, and bishop moves force zugzwang.

I have found two nice ways to not win: 1.Bc7!! and 1.Bb8!!

I'm afraid that every other move wins within a few moves.

true. the position doesn't have exactly one unique solution, as the puzzles should have. The point I saw was the use of the B, a necessary sacrifice at one unique spot, since the rest opponent's pawns are on the opposite color
