I'm really mad at myself for missing this mate in 3 yesterday. I played the lame ...Qxh3.
Black to move and win.

I can't believe I fell for this one in a USCF rated tournament for first place!!
Right square, wrong piece...
@Mecury_Carinona Well 11. Nh4 leads to 11. ... Qg4 as black's move then it is a Qeen trade but black ends up down a bishop.
You're right, but seeing as this was someone who played their queen too early, my assumption is that they would rather not give up their queen even in a trade, as I would end up more developed afterwards anyway. That's why I think he forfeited.
hxg4! DOH!
Yeah I don't have the game saved, but I did manage a forced smothered mate on the back rank with the black pieces against a 1800 rated player. Felt good after I saw the forced pattern
This one a Traxler counterattack schould have lead to a draw or perpetual but my opponent made some mistakes in the last moves
Actually the bishop was also helping in making the checkmate (Bishop on e4) :)
... and the queen, if you want to be completely accurate. But it looks like the two knights just rushed into the white king's house and kicked his butt.
Also, 24. Qd2 and 25. Rxd1 obviously doesn't work in the sideline (because of 25... Nf3+), but you get the point.
