I think that would draw, but it really depends on the position. I don't even know if a king and rook vs. a king and bishop is a winnable ending.

Rook vs Bishop and Rook vs Bishop+Pawn are both draws unless its a 7th pawn and the rook is dosing.

A rook vs a bishop and a not advanced pawn. Is it a draw or a win for which side?
I know it depends on the situation but lets say both kings are equally equal and so are the pieces.
