Question...Is Rook and Knight vs Rook a draw?

That's not anastasias mate. Anastasias mate  involves a queen sac and a knight on d2, e2, d7, or e7 blocking the kings escape. Also, Rook to swing over to the A or H file to deliver mate.

People he said Rook and Knight vs Rook, not Knight vs Rook. And yes in most circumstances its a draw.

What you mean is that most positions are theoretical draws but some are theoretical wins. To be complete, some others are theoretical losses!

To be entirely comprehensive here are the full stats. Some of the anomalous results are significantly deeper than mere hanging pieces and immediate mates.

As an example of the more surprising category (with colours reversed), here is a win for KR versus KRN

It depends upon the players if a 1200 elo is playing then it could be a draw but if a 2000 elo is playing then it could be a win
