Why b5 is a blunder？

It is not blunder, it is mistake. Engine wants to avoid exchange of rooks with 1…Ne5 2.Rhf1 Nf3. Now Stockfish evaluates position as -2. After 1…b5 2.Rfd1 Rxf1 3.Rxf1 evaluation is -0.9. Difference of eval in these lines is more than 1 poinf so this is probably why b5 is considered mistake.

Hey there…This symbol shown on lichess the “?” Not only lichess it’s a standard symbol for showing the move as a “mistake”
here, in your position the B5 is a mistake because of the following move Order 1.. Ne5 2.Rhf1 Nf3 filled by 3…Nd2+ tactics, since after playing Ne2 there is a fork on the rook on f1 and king, and if he takes the d2 Knight with his rock 4.Rxd2 ?? 4…Rxf1! 5.Rd1 Rxd1#
