No, it is much easier to get to 600 blitz as you can just watch some videos and do a couple of puzzles and reach 600 (if you do more puzzles and watch more videos, you can go higher)

When I look at the percentile, In chess.com blitz there are an equal amount of players between 0 and 600 rating as there are players between 600 and 3300 elo. Does that mean that getting from 0 to 600 rating on chess.com takes the same amount of time as from 600 to 3300?
