im rated 380 and i suck at chess, can anyone be my personal coach, my friend is rated 200 and i trash talked him a few days ago but hes getting better and i still suck and cant become better at chess no matter how hard i try, anyone help im scared

There are good online courses, but I think a face-to-face teacher is always good. I don't know where you live, but there may be one nearby.
