Not only is it not mate it's also losing material (black queen for white queen and bishop) and likely the game as well.
A much better move would have been Bc4+ forcing black to lose their queen.

No but you were winning with a check with the bishop as they would have had to sack their queen. If they take with the knight it’s mate in 3…. I think 😂
