Ive analysed your recent lost and most of these are due to quenns blunders, and timeout. Make sure to check your time when you play, and make sure your queen or even king is in danger.

You abandon too quickly. Others can also do blunders but also try to not blunder your pawns and others, here’s a tip: watch the case where your piece move and see if there’s an opponent piece that protects it.
