improving is impossible

① Puzzles are not very meaningful. I once reached a rating of 2100, but I got very little success.

② I mainly play 10-minute rapids, but even if I analyze and check for mistakes, I keep making the same mistakes.

③ No matter how much time I spend on each move, I can't find simple tactics (pins, forks, one-move checkmates, etc.) and miss opportunities to win.

③ Conclusion
Some people have a very low ceiling and can't improve.

Stop resigning, play every game till mate. And spend some time on endgame technique.

1. Might be true;
2. Identify one (!) mistake you make over and over again. Make that mistake your main focus for a week;
3. True I think, but 700 is not your ceiling.
