Satisfying noob moment

Probably laughable by actually competent chess players but after struggling with the middle game and looking at some of the chess lessons, I played against a bot and used actual strategy to checkmate them fairly early instead of dragging things out to the last few pieces. I was kinda shocked and also happy. Lessons are paying off! -proceeds to then get thrashed in the next few games- xD

I singned up for the platinum membership as well, but only for the puzzles, sometimes I make 100 a day, didn't bothered watching lesson for about 3 month, every game I play I keep looking for tactics like a lunatic, now I'm looking foward improving my positional game. Started watching lessons

Following on from this: Playing against a real person for the first time, and getting absolutely decimated because I made a really stupid move in which I placed my rook directly in the pathway of their knight...whoops.

Another satisfying noob moment: First win against an actual human (not a bot).
