The Nimzo Indian Defense

2 options for books are "Opening Repertoire - The Nimzo-Indian and Queen’s Indian Defences" by Nigel Davies and by "The Modernized Nimzo-Queen's Gambit Declined" by Milos Pavlovic.

You will need to decide if you want to respond to 3.Nf3 with 3...b6 (Davies) or 3...d5 (Pavlovic). One benefit of the Davies book is that it covers game of "d-pawn specials" that white may play (London, Jobava London, Torre, etc).

Just looked these up. I will probably order both. Thank you for the recommendation!
