I was doing pretty badly in this game until this point. Opponent was dominating after I blundered my queen and effectively destroyed my own attack. Here, they thought I'd blundered again when I played Bd5 (my other rook was on d8 and they had threatened it with Be7), only to get blindsided by this when they took the rook with absolutely no hesitation.
Not only was it a silly and pretty epic comeback, but it's also really cool to look at IMO. Hanging one rook, then checkmating by hanging the other; plus the outstanding teamwork between the two bishops.
Always remember to think twice before capturing a piece, especially when your opponent did not defend it. You never know.
