I think that kids can think sometimes better than adults in chess but it depends on iq I think

but also some day before the chef Magnus bot literally blundered the queen i thought i would be defeated if i am in no time control so i played in 1min its easy you can just beat the bot easily because its so slow but i had already used my game review i get 1 game review per day.

Not just IQ. A person w/ a really high IQ would still have a low rating if they hadn't been playing very long. Pattern recognition is more important than pure intelligence.

As a 9 year old boy from India I say that 700 rating is actually fine
From 100 to 2500
2500 is extremely rare
