What are the average ratings for kids?
As a 1300 13 year old I would say I am high intermediate or low major for my age, since I did quite well in the nationals. One way to check ratings of people your age is to look at the people in the latter stages of your national/ state junior championships since they are often organised by age
Most of my mates don’t play and living in a small country town means that I don’t improve that much because the wifi signal isn’t strong enough to find a player. I wish I lived in sydney or smth like that. I think I would be way better than I am now. Cheers, mate.
I used to compete in some kids tournaments a couple of years ago when I was 11/12, I have recently stepped back from chess but still play it from time to time, I think my official English Chess Federation rating is around 900, but I'm rated higher in chess.com rapid.
I am 8 years old and my rating is 1755 is this ok
I'm nine and top rating 735
right now nine and rating 700
I am 9, my Chess.com rating is 1300, my uscf is 1200

I am only 1300, but I beat the 1800 bots easily. And the computer estimates me to be usually 1400-1900. The bots ratings are conpletely off. And so are the computer estimates. If your wifi is bad, then you can always play the bots you find challenging to beat.
I beat almost everyone in school but I have a 550 rating I'm 10 years old
My dad and my cousins can't beat me and mu cousins ragequits
