Because you are noob
Why am I stuck at 550 Elo?
not an expert but - spend more time per move making sure trades are even or better in your favor, you don't leave hanging pieces. Before moving check that you are not exposing yourself to tactics, QR attacked by a bishop, or forks, something that can be pinned/skewered to your king.etc. When your opponent moves try seeing if it exposed a piece that was blocked...if so where can that piece move to and do. Where can the piece move to from there. Also look at the other pieces and see if they can join that piece causing problems on their next move. If this looking causes you to run out of time, play longer games.
Hi there,
I am rated over 2400 online (https://www.chess.com/member/ppandachess). I created a free course that will teach you a training plan to improve. Feel free to check it out: https://www.panda-chess.com/daily-improvement-plan
Hey buddy!
I am also a beginner, but I think it depends on what you are lacking in your game. What helped me (it'll not necessarily work for you) was to review my games and do puzzles. If you know already that you are losing the games because of blunders, maybe research on how not to avoid blunders. For example:

Also, play rated games only when you have full brain capacity (e.g. not tired from work or before a big meeting). I've noticed that when I have my mind on other things, I often blunder, and my elo declines. You can play bots/unrated games when you are tired, they also do a nice trash-talk .
Another thing that helped me was to do some puzzles before starting my first game of the day. This helps to warm up your brain. Let me know if any of this helps you!
Remember that you are already better than 56% of the people who play here, this is a great achievement!
Good luck, my man!
I just reviewed your last game. Check this out: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/121691678354?tab=review&move=33
Your opponent had a queen hanging but you were focused on the knight threat and didn't see it. Maybe you can focus the next games on your opponent's blunders instead of yours.
Again, I am also a beginner, but I hope that helps!
Best!
I always reach 571-572 Elo and then drop back to less Elo, because of blunders, not seeing the opp. planning for a checkmate etc.
How do I reach 600-700 Elo? Can any expert please help me by giving advices?
