not possible if avg opponent is 3792, but best win is only 2085. surely this person could have beaten a 2400

All he did is take the homepage source and edit the html source file.  Then he loaded it into his favorite web browser, snapped a screen shot, and posted a ridiculous post claiming it was real. See I can do it too.

You saved the HTML file which contained the stats, entered your own numbers, saved it again as an HTML file, opened it, took a screenshot, cropped out the statistics, and then uploaded the picture to chess.com
