White is around 2300, and black must be FIDE GM. He just didn't have luck.

It helps to know the time control, but if it's a standard blitz, and not hyperbullet, I'd say ~650
Iโd give white maybe around 550~600, and black like 550
For black, maybe even lower (500-550) because he missed a mate in one in the game and gave a lot of pieces (and just missed a lot of good moves in general)

Black resigned after getting the queen pinned, so less than 1000. Both white and black tried a version of scholars mate. White's blunder of the knight makes me think White is around 540. Black did ok, but made some serious blunders. I would say that Black is around 500
