If you wanted to trick people even more you could implement this using DOM manipulation with a js userscript manager like Tampermonkey. This would allow you to refresh and maintain the updated fake rating. Still would have no actual impact though and it is far from being classified as hacking.
If that is something people want I could make the scirpt
