If Qg4xg3 then hxg3 and it's mate in 9 (I think; you have to be very careful of stalemate!). By the way, I put this into Houdini to see if there was a forced stalemate (when the last black P checks and has to be taken) and got the message: "Houdini is not functioning any more. We are looking for a solution to the problem." Loool!! I had to restart the programme ...

Unfortunately in the afil puzzle there was no way the bishop could have gotten to d4 if it was a real chaturanga game. The bishop was promoted!

Mate in 1 for the puzzle is impossible. Only mate in 2 as seen below.

This shows the blocked moves for the opponent's king.
