Analysis please - playing Slav

Hi everyone , I am generally weak against d4 , but in this game I played slav defence, and managed to win as black . Fritz finds a lot of mistakes for both sides , some of them I don't agree with , like 11.. Qc7 and 12.. Bxh2+ fritz gave me a ?? for both moves. I was just looking for some human analysis on where I could have improved . Thanks a lot
