Could this endgame have been won?

I thought I was no worse than even in this endgame. My rooks were better than my opponent's rooks, but he had a strong knight that was holding his position together. I would like to know how I should have played the endgame better, and if there was any way to save the game after I was clearly worse. The opening and middlegame were not so eventful, but if there is anything I should have done differently there, I would like to know that as well. This was a 45 minute OTB game with a 10 second delay. I had about 6 minutes left when I resigned, but I can't say that time pressure was a factor. I have not done the computer analysis.

You should conside taking on c5 in Move 28 since u already mentioned that ur bishop is a bad piece u can activate it then via a4. That works because if u dont take on b7 theres no open file to capitalise on the Rooks: 28.Rxc5 dxc5 29. Ba4+ Kc7 30. Re6 for example. U were right about the comment on the Kings placement u will need him on the queensside to defend ur weak pawns. The right side is still the queensside for the King in move 40. 41 g4 is no mistake, i like the move. its a good strategy to trade when ur not trying to win but hold draw. U lost the game by not playing f3 because the advancement of the pawns cant be stopped then as u saw in the game. Sry for my english any questions?

Btw good choice to not analyse it with the computer, in first analysis. Its a good strategy for improvement

Thank you for looking at my game. On which move should I have played f3?
