4.g4? is wrong. Better may be 4.Bb5. After 4.g4 d5! (threatening 5...Nxe4) wins. If 5.exd5, then 5...Bxg4 and 6...Qxd5.
5.h3 is weak. Better may be 5.g5 and 6.Bc4.
13.Nf4?!. Black is better after 13.Bb4+ first, then 14.Nxf4
24.b4? is the losing move for White. White is winning here and needs to play 24.Qh2 or 24.d5. For example, 24.d5 Bf5 25.Qh2 Nxb3 (25...Qxb3? 26.Qxf4 or 26.Nd4 and 27.Nxf5) 26. 26.Qxf4 and 27.Qc7+ should win easily for White. Black was lucky in this game.
This game was the 3rd rematch that I played with the same opponent. Using relatively similar tactics, I had won the previous three games (my opponent was dead set on playing until he won, which he openly admited)
. This, coupled with the fact I took his queen made me overconfident and led to serious tactical blunders on my part.
