I am failing to see why this is considered a "brilliant" move?

Back to the position: after Qxh8 the engine suggests Qd6. Then Bg7 pretty much traps the queen which is forced to h7. Now the b8 knight moves away and Rh8 traps the queen.
White gets enough material (2 rooks), but black's position is much better as white has no developed pieces.
Is it just because it forces his queen to take action?
