Qb3# is the only mate guys, the bishop can't take the queen cause the rook pins it to the king.

Rxg8+ is NOT mate as the queen can block the check.

Bh2+ is NOT mate as the queen can also cover.

The queen cannot be moved off the f8-a2 diagonal as it is PINNED! The queen can still move to b3 since it is PART OF THE DIAGONAL. Moves like Qc8 move off the diagonal pin and are therefore ILLEGAL!

Dude, will you stop trolling? It was explained multiple times why Qb3 works. Or you can use and engine to verify it for you, you can find multiple examples for that in here too. But at least have the decency to not shout nonsense.
