What do you think, is this a draw? Obviously black has the advantage in material but can he win?
I thought you shouldnt ask about games in progress...

I would say it's definitely not a draw. Black still has plenty of material and should be able to win.

Asking whether or not it is a draw is asking for advice. In general, don't ask anything about an ongoing game. You should have your own thoughts about your own games until they are done.
I agree, don't ask anything about a game that is still in progress you win or lose on your own and shouldn't even mention ANY game that is still being played.
