Your first big mistake comes on move 11, although you probably should have tried to predict it a little earlier. The d5 move is just a bad idea here. Probably the best thing in this circumstance would have been Rc8, but Ne8 would also have been good, I think.
I think your next error comes on move 14, where you move Nd4. Were I in your position, I would have unquestionably have moved Nxd5. From there, you could have advanced Bf6, which would have set you up for Bh4, pinning the king.
Your Nxe2 was probably the right move to have made. An interesting alternative would have been Qc5, which would have allowed for some interesting rook pins later on.
The rest of the game is fairly forced.
